Hasil mengecewakan diraih Bhayangkara FC dalam lanjutan kompetisi Go-Jek Traveloka Liga 1. Melakoni laga kandang, tim berjuluk The Guardian ini harus mengakui keunggulan PSM Makassar dengan skor 0-2.
Pada laga yang dihelat di Stadion Patriot Candrabhaga, Bekasi, Kamis (19/10/2017) malam WIB, Bhayangkara sejatinya mampu tampil apik dengan menguasai jalannya pertandingan. Meski demikian, dua gol Mark Anthony Klok dan M. Rahmat di awal babak kedua menjadi mimpi buruk tim besutan Simon McMenemy.
Harus diakui Bhayangkara tampak kesulitan dalam membangun serangan. Kokohnya Klok dan Wiljan Pluim di lini tengah PSM membuat Wahyu Subo Seto, Lee Yoo Joon dan T.M Ichsan sukses dibuat frustasi. Praktis, Bhayangkara kemudian mengalihkan alur serangan dengan mengandalkan Paulo Sergio dan Guy Junior di kedua sisi sayap guna mencari celah.
Namun demikian, apiknya Zulkifli Syukur dan Wasyiat Hasbullah yang menjaga pergerakan kedua legiun asing Bhayangkara ini membuat distribusi bola kepada Ilja Soasojevic yang menjadi peyerang tunggal kerap gagal.
PSM pun tampil begitu baik. Peran Klok dan Pluim yang kerap melepaskan umpan kepada Zulham Zamrun dan Pavel Purishkin di lini depan juga berhasil diredam oleh duet Otavio Dutra dan Indra Khafi di lini belakang Bhayangkara.
Namun, saat situasi open play tak lagi berjalan, bola mati pun menjadi pilihan. Terbukti, dua gol yang tercipta oleh PSM berasal dari sepak pojok.
Tertinggal dua gol, Bhayangkara coba berbenah. Memasuki menit ke-55, Evan Dimas Dharmono dan Ilham Udin Armaiyn masuk menggantikan Guy Junior dan Wahyu Subo Seto.
Kendati demikian, masuknya dua pemain Tim Nasional (Timnas) Indonesia itu nyatanya tak mampu memberikan efek banyak. Beberapa kali tusukan Ilham Udin di sisi kanan pertahanan PSM mampu diredam oleh Wasyiat Hasbullah.
Begitu pula dengan Evan Dimas. Strategi parkir bus yang diterapkan oleh PSM sukses membuat mantan kapten Timnas U-19 ini kewalahan.
Pertanyaan besar lantas menyeruak, mengapa Evan dan Ilham baru dimasukkan McMenemy di babak kedua? Sementara di sisi lain, Bhayangkara harus meraih poin penuh guna menjauhkan diri dari kejaran para pesaing mereka.
"Tim ini bukan hanya Evan. Saya sengaja menepikan dia karena saya tidak mau dia kelelahan," ujar pelatih Bhayangkara FC, Simon McMenemy, usai laga.
"Anda semua ketahui, sepanjang musim ini Evan melakoni pemusatan latihan bersama Tim Nasional, lalu berangkat ke SEA Games, lalu kembali lagi bersama kami dan dia juga bermain untuk Timnas Senior. Adakah waktu untuk dia istirahat?"
"Evan masih muda, dia baru 22 tahun, saya tidak ingin menghancurkan kariernya dengan memaksa dia terus bermain. Sepanjang enam minggu belakangan dia juga tidak dalam kondisi prima. Cedera engkel yang dia dapatkan masih belum sembuh, jadi saya tidak akan memaksakan Evan untuk bermain."
Di sisi lain pun pelatih PSM, Roberts Rene Alberts, juga turut mengevaluasi timnya. Menutut pelatih berpaspor Belanda tersebut ada beberapa poin yang harus dievaluasi usai pertandingan melawan Bhayangkara.
"Kami harus akui laga melawan Bhayangkara tidak mudah, ketika situasi open play serangan-serangan kami kerap kandas oleh lini belakang mereka, tetapi kami berhasil mendapatkan celahnya melalui bola mati untul mencetak gol."
"Kemudian di laga tadi mestinya kami bisa mencetak dua atau tiga gol melalui serangan balik. Dan, bahkan saat pemain mereka di kartu merah (Indra Khafi) kami semakin di atas angin dan saya juga lihat mestinya ada beberapa pelung yang harusnya menjadi gol tetapi tidak terjadi."
"Ini harus segera dibenahi karena kami tak mau mengulangi kesalahan-kesalah seperti ini lagi," pungkasnya.
